I am highly proficient in 3D modelling, parametric modelling, rendering, animations, concept designing, concept diagramming, post-rendering effects, parametric designing, sustainable design, climatic design, urban design and interior design. 

This payment is considered as advance fee for the first one hour of the tutoring and the remaining hours will be paid after the meeting at fixed hourly rate of $49.99/hr for all softwares except Grasshopper. Kindly Note that Grasshopper tutoring is charged at $69.99/hr.
